Project Goal
Build a fully functional AI powered SaaS resume builder that lets users create industry standard CVs in under 2 minutes, apply for jobs, track applications, choose from 9 templates, and get multi language support. The goal was to launch fast without the client managing any team.
- Why Client Came to Us
Our client is a Netherlands based solopreneur and senior marketer who had a strong product idea but no technical background. He wanted to build a SaaS AI resume builder but had several blockers stopping him from moving forward on his own.
He did not know what kind of team or resources he needed. He did not want the hassle of hiring a UI designer, frontend developer, backend developer, QA tester, and project manager separately. Managing multiple freelancers or agencies felt too risky and time consuming for him.
He had no time to test the product himself and wanted to go to market quickly. He needed one reliable partner who could handle everything from design to deployment. That is when he came to us.

- We integrated Postmark for transactional emails and set up Stripe and PayPal as payment gateways for the subscription model.

2. Project Development Framework
