Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads that align with our company’s goals. You will develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients, qualify leads, and help convert them into sales. Your role will involve managing lead databases, conducting research to find new opportunities, and working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. You will also monitor the effectiveness of lead generation activities and make adjustments to optimize results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients who fit our target market.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential value to our company.
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • Analyze the performance of lead generation activities and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities to the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Experience with creating and executing lead generation campaigns, including email outreach and social media.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management practices.
  • Ability to understand client needs and align them with our services.
  • Problem solver with a creative and strategic mindset.
